Craig co-founded Headforwards, a UK software development and digital consultancy established in 2011.
Over more than a decade, he worked with organisations across commercial, public sector, and technology environments, helping teams deliver complex software and organisational change.
His work has covered software engineering, agile delivery, organisational design, operational strategy, and executive leadership across a range of sectors and contexts.
Earlier in his career, Craig worked in software engineering and delivery roles including at Tesco.com, where he became the organisation's first Scrum Master during its early move to agile.
My approach is practical and direct. I've run organisations, which means I start from experience rather than frameworks.
I work best alongside leadership teams, helping to clarify direction, challenge assumptions, and build confidence in decisions that are hard to get right.
